You can assume that our 250,000 catalogue readers from within the federal territory, as well within and outside Europe, will receive our catalogue for free approximately 5 weeks before the auction. In addition to this, wide-scale regional and supra-regional advertising, internet presence, local announcement and targeted addressing of potential bidders is also facilitated. The momentum created by the auction has often provided the result that the real estate offered on auction realised prices that exceeded the expectations of the owners by far. On our individual auction days, around 200 to 300 potential customers come to visit us.

We would like to point out the fact that we are completely independent, i.e. we do not belong to any bank, insurance company or building society, and that we do not perform any brokerage business. Our counselling services provided to you prior to the auction are, of course, non-committal and free of charge.
