Team of Experts

Mr. Kai Rocholl, Director of Norddeutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG, has been professionally occupied within our parent company since 1998. Mr. Rocholl has operated as an auctioneer since December 1999. He was also publicly appointed and sworn at the end of 2006.

Ms. Daniela Tiker has operated as third auctioneer since spring 2005. Ms. Tiker has been a member of Norddeutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG since the establishment of the company.

All three auctioneers are in possession of business licences in accordance with § 34 b Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act. They are authorised to auction third party owned real estate and third party rights equivalent to real property and other third party rights.
Furthermore, Hans Peter Plettner and Kai Rocholl are also publicly appointed and sworn within their field of operation as Property Auctioneers.
Additionally, on the 14th of December, 2009, Hans Peter Plettner was also publicly appointed and sworn for general auctions. Furthermore, an auctioneering licence has been issued in the name of Norddeutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG.

The organisation of the real estate auction is performed by NORDDEUTSCHE GRUNDSTÜCKSAUKTIONEN AG, a company with a capital fund of EUR 500,000.00.
