Next Auction
Ladies and Gentlemen, dear Clients of our House,As the largest real property auction house in Northern Germany, we whole-heartedly welcome you to our auctions.
Since 2001 we regularly, i.e. four times a year, conducted our real property auctions in Rostock and, in case of demand, also at other locations. So far we have sold at auction
about 3,400 properties for more than € 90,000,000.00
to the highest bidders. About 250,000 readers of our catalogue inform themselves regularly about our offers. The neutral assessment by the Auction House and the transparency of auctions offer a maximum in terms of security to both Vendor and Purchaser.
Bid acceptances at auctions provide the new market value of a real property.

Objects will be offered on behalf of • private individuals • organisations under private and under public law • savings and other banks • administrators and liquidators • municipal housing societies • administrative districts, cities and municipalities,
